Just in case you are interested in the history of our home, here is a gallery of photographs I took during the construction of the Judeca Nova residential area where we are located. It was a fascinating time as newly built homes are a rarity in Venice, so being able to follow the process on a daily basis was very exciting. We were able to enter inside our ‘growing’ home on numerous occasions to watch progress, and to be given first-hand explanations of the processes involved was particularly interesting.
